When will I get my first report?
Your first blacklist report will be sent to you within 24 hours of subscribing.
How often and when will I get reports?
Reports are sent daily at approximately 12:00pm Pacific Standard Time.
Will I get reports even if I'm not listed on any blacklists?
You can choose if you want to receive reports when you're not listed on any blacklists or not when you sign up for the service. If you'd like to change this option at any point contact our support department, and we'll be glad to help you with this.
Why don't you monitor blacklist X or Y?
There are literally hundreds of different blacklists available, however many of them are not well maintained or are excessively aggressive. Almost all servers are included in one or more minor blacklists.
Blacklist Patrol attempts to monitor only mainstream blacklists that are widely used. If you feel that we don't include a blacklist that should be monitored, feel free to suggest it to our support department.
