Blacklist Patrol proactively monitors major anti-spam blacklists to check if your email server has been listed on any of them.
You're notified daily by email of any blacklists our monitoring system finds your server on.
Which server's IP address should I monitor? How can I determine the address of my outgoing email server?
You should monitor the IP address of your outgoing email server. In larger organizations or ISPs there may be more than one outgoing email server that should be monitored.
The person or organization that's responsible for your email servers should be able to readily provide this information.
If you are unsure of which server to monitor, feel free to send an email to our support department. We can evaluate the message's headers to suggest the most likely address for your outgoing email server.
If you subscribe to Blacklist Patrol without providing any server information, we will make an educated guess about your outgoing server's address based on DNS information about your domain.
In both cases, it is up to you to verify this information is correct.
You can provide either an IP address or DNS name for Blacklist Patrol to monitor.
How many servers can I monitor for $9.95 / month?
Blacklist Patrol monitors up to 3 servers per subscription. If you need to monitor more than 3 servers, you can purchase additional subscriptions to do so.
